Control management
How it works: Designated people may access only the areas you allow. Rules are enforced at gates during scan (see Gate Scan). Map staff types and individuals to zones. For contract work, grant access for a fixed number of days to selected areas only—after expiry, gate access to those zones ends automatically.

Add sites and multiple areas / linked gates per site on Site & areas (one page). This table lists saved entries. If none are saved yet, sample rows appear.

For contract workforce: choose specific areas only and set how many days access is valid from the start date. Optional hard end date; gate logic denies entry outside the window.
